Padel clubs in Marbella: real prices compared

Playing padel in Marbella costs anywhere from €0.77 to €31.20 per person per hour. That is roughly a 41-fold difference inside one town, sometimes ten minutes apart by car.

You will not find that range anywhere else, because almost no club in Marbella publishes its rates — not even on their own websites. These prices were read straight out of the booking systems, slot by slot.

What one hour costs, per person

This is the comparison that actually matters: what you pay, not what the whole court costs.

Booking from abroad, without speaking Spanish

If you are visiting, this is the practical part. Several clubs use Playtomic, an app that works in English, shows the price before you pay and takes foreign cards:

  • Los Naranjos Padel Club — the biggest club in Andalusia, 18 courts, Nueva Andalucía.
  • Manolo Santana Racquets Club — 4 padel courts, availability 15 days ahead.
  • El Mirador — 6 glass courts.
  • Los Granados — 3 courts, open until 23:30 every day.
  • CAP Racket Club — 8 courts, inside the Meliá hotel on the Marbella–Estepona border.
  • Royal Tennis Club Marbella — 2 padel courts.

Others are harder to reach from abroad: the NAC in San Pedro uses its own app (Taykus), the Real Club Pádel Marbella has its own booking site, and several smaller clubs only take phone bookings in Spanish.

The price changes with the time of day

Directories give one price per club. That is simply wrong. Checked at Manolo Santana on an ordinary Friday:

Start time1 hourPer person
09:30€26.00€6.50
11:30€26.00€6.50
13:30€20.80€5.20
17:30€26.00€6.50
20:30€26.00€6.50

Playing at midday on weekdays is 20 % cheaper, and nobody advertises it. Midday prices can also vanish: at CAP Racket Club an hour at 13:30 cost €24.96 in late September; by October it charged the same as the rest of the day, €33.28. That is why every price here carries its date.

Other clubs charge a flat rate all day — Los Granados, Royal Tennis Club and the Los Naranjos centre court. Always check your slot and the ones around it before paying.

Whole court or “your share”?

Booking apps show two figures: the price of the whole court, and your share if each player pays separately — roughly the court price divided by four.

They do not always add up to the same total. The Los Naranjos centre court costs €121.99 as a whole court, but four individual shares of €31.20 come to €124.80. If your group trusts each other, one person booking the whole court is usually cheaper.

Where to play indoors

This matters more than visitors expect. It rains in winter, and in August the afternoon sun is brutal. Only two clubs have covered courts:

  • Marbella Club de Pádel — 4 indoor courts, the only fully covered club in town.
  • Los Naranjos Padel Club — 1 covered centre court and 4 semi-covered, at €11.96 per person.

You may still see Bellamar Pádel listed as an indoor option. That club has closed, although the directories still list it.

The cheap option nobody tells tourists about

The town council rents out seven padel courts at €3.08 an hour — €0.77 per player. You do not need to be a member, and you do not need to be a registered resident of Marbella. Anyone can create an account and book.

The catch is that the council website explains none of it. I booked a court myself and photographed every step of the process.

Frequently asked questions

How much does padel cost in Marbella?

Between €0.77 and €31.20 per person per hour. A municipal court is €0.77 per player; a normal private club runs €5.20 to €11.96; the Los Naranjos centre court is €31.20.

Do I need to be a member?

Almost never. Most clubs rent courts to non-members. Municipal courts require no membership and no local residency.

Can I book without speaking Spanish?

Yes. Six clubs use Playtomic, which works in English and takes foreign cards.

Can I rent rackets?

Several clubs offer racket hire, including Manolo Santana and Los Granados. Confirm when you book — not every club has them, and balls are often extra.

Which is the biggest club?

Los Naranjos Padel Club in Nueva Andalucía, with 18 courts. It is the largest in Andalusia.

Where can I play indoors?

Marbella Club de Pádel (4 indoor courts) and Los Naranjos (1 covered, 4 semi-covered). Everything else is outdoors.

Clubs still listed online that no longer exist

You will not find this in any directory, for a simple reason: directories never delete anything. They keep listing closed clubs with their phone numbers, photos and opening hours, and people ring numbers nobody answers.

Bellamar Pádel — CLOSED

It was on C/ Haza del Perro and had 5 courts, one of them indoor and one World Padel Tour standard. It closed some time ago, yet it still appears in virtually every padel directory — and even on the town council’s own tourism site.

If you were looking for an indoor court in Marbella and landed here via Bellamar: your options are Marbella Club de Pádel (4 indoor courts) and Los Naranjos Padel Club.

Why this section exists: I live in Marbella and play here. A list copied from a directory will send you to clubs that no longer exist. If you spot another one that has closed or changed name, let me know and I will fix it.

How this guide was made

Prices for Manolo Santana, El Mirador, Los Granados, CAP Racket Club, Royal Tennis Club and the Los Naranjos centre court were read directly from the booking systems, slot by slot. The Los Monteros figures come from the passes published on their own site. The municipal price was confirmed by making a real booking.

Clubs with an empty price cell are the ones I have not been able to verify directly. I would rather leave a gap than copy an undated figure from a directory, and I fill it in as soon as I confirm it.
