This policy explains what personal data padelenmarbella.com collects, what it is used for, and what you can do about it. It is deliberately written in plain language.

What is collected, and why
Only what you type into the contact form. There is no user registration, no newsletter and no profiling.

Your IP address, location and browser are not stored. That logging has been explicitly switched off, because none of it is needed to answer you.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while they are useful for handling your enquiry and are deleted afterwards. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Who else can access it
Data is stored on a privately owned server, not third-party hosting. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
Only these technical intermediaries are involved:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides the network and security layer the site’s traffic passes through, and may process connection data for technical and anti-abuse purposes. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Internal alerts — when you submit the form, a notification is sent through a service hosted on the same private server. It does not reach any third party.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time.
Write to [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise. I will reply within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Visitor statistics
To understand which pages are useful, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It collects aggregated, anonymous browsing data: which page is visited, which site you came from, device and browser type, country and page load time.
It sets no cookies, builds no profile of you and does not follow you across other sites. It cannot identify any individual visitor, which is why it needs neither your consent nor a cookie banner.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and the statistics described above work without cookies. The only cookies that may appear are technical: one remembering which language you read in (pll_language), those WordPress sets if you log into the admin panel, and those Cloudflare uses for security.
If advertising or any tool using tracking cookies is added in future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before any cookie is set.
